Do you have a printed catalogue available?

Magnet Invitations’ website is our online catalogue. As we are continually adding new designs, a printed version would become obsolete within only a short period of time and therefore we cannot provide this.

Do you provide product samples?

At this time we do not provide sample magnets. However we can assure you quality magnets and designs. As part of our order process, we email a Design Proof of your magnet and you can then sight your magnet and request any changes prior to printing. 

How do I know that my choice of layout, fonts, colours and design will look OK before you print them?

We email a design proof for you to either approve for printing or advise changes required. We will keep emailing design proofs until you are satisfied with the design.

Do you guarantee that the colour on the screen is the exact colour of the item that will be delivered?

Magnet Invitations will do our best to ensure accurate portrayal or item colours and pictures however it must be understood that colours may vary slightly from that displayed on your screen.

Do you provide refunds?

We do not accept cancellations, returns or provide refunds due to the personalised nature of our products. If you find an error within your order, please Contact Us to discuss rectification of the mistake.
