Is it possible to receive a design proof before I place an order and make payment?
Magnet Invitations designers take great pride in creating and customising your design proof with much time and care. Due to this, and the need to protect our intellectual property, we are unfortunately not able to provide a design proof before an order has been made and full payment is received. After this time, we will ALWAYS email a design proof through for your approval and you ARE able to make further changes to the design. Our designers are very experienced in producing a concept to your requirements (even from scratch!), and we hope to have the opportunity of working on your invitations.
Can you print names and addresses on envelopes?
Unfortunately we cannot address envelopes with guest names or addresses. This will need to be arranged by you if required.
How long will it take for Magnet Invitations to respond to my question?
Please allow two working days for responses to emails, however this is ordinarily much faster.
Do you have a printed catalogue available?
Magnet Invitations website is our online catalogue. As we are continually adding new designs, a printed version would become obsolete within only a short period of time and therefore we cannot provide this.

You will receive an invoice with payment instructions, or you can view our payment information. We accept Visa and MasterCard, Direct Deposits, or cheques and money order payments.
Can I personalise my items by
having Guest Names printed onto each product?

What sizes are you magnets available in?

Do you provide envelopes with my order?
Envelopes are not included with any products.
I need my order quickly, what is the fastest way to conduct my order?
The easiest way to speed things up is to choose a standard design from our gallery of design templates, select our express postage option, and pay immediately using your Paypal
account - Visa or MasterCard.
Do you provide product samples?
At this time we do not provide sample magnets. However we can assure you quality magnets and designs. As part of our order process, we email a Design Proof of your magnet and you can then sight your magnet and request any changes prior to printing.
How do I know that my choice of layout, fonts, colours and design will look OK before you print them?
Once payment and Design Instructions have been received we will commence work on your magnet. You will receive an email of the first Draft Proof within 8 working days (normally sooner!). During the next stage, you are able to advise any changes required to the first draft proof. We will then email a second proof with the revised changes free of charge. However third and subsequent design proofs required will be incur a small additional design charge - please view our payment information.
Do you guarantee that the colour on the screen is the exact colour of the item that will be delivered?
Magnet Invitations will do our best to ensure accurate portrayal of item colours and pictures however it must be understood that colours may vary
from that displayed on your screen. This is unavoidable due to different monitor settings and qualities.
Due to this, colours can never be guaranteed.
Do you provide refunds?
We do not accept cancellations, returns or provide refunds due to the personalised nature of our products. If you find an error within your order you must Contact Us within 5 working days of receipt to discuss rectification of the mistake.
I want a magnet made for an event type not mentioned on your website. Will you still do this?
We make and design magnets for all occasions. Please simply Contact Us with your requirements.
I have just received my order in the mail and have found an error - what should I do now?
We do not accept cancellations, returns or provide refunds due to the personalised nature of our products. If you find an error within your order you must Contact Us within 5 working days of receipt to discuss rectification of the mistake.

I have previously made an order
with you however I now require more products. Do I need to
meet the minimum order quantities again, or can I just order
the number of additional products I require?
You do not need to meet the minimum order quantities
for follow-up orders, as long as you are using the same
designs as previously used. You may simply email us with the
products and numbers you need, and we can accommodate
this.
I require my invitations in two
languages - half of them in one language, and half in another.
Can you accommodate this?
Yes, this is no problem and no additional
charges apply. Please simply supply the text for both designs
and we will email two proofs through for your
viewing.
I want to invite some guests to my
ceremony and reception, and some guests to my ceremony only.
Can you accommodate this by creating two designs of
invitations?
