All orders will be sent using Registered Post unless otherwise
requested - we recommend Registered Post over Express Post
as it is more easily traceable. Items will normally be printed and dispatched within 5 working days after confirmation of the final email design proof. Magnet Invitations deliver using Australia Post, or by courier at our discretion. All care is taken to protect your magnets from damage during the postal process - our magnets are sent in a water-proof plastic zip lock bag and boxed with packing as needed. All parcels are clearly labelled. All items will be replaced on return of the goods if damaged, or if lost by Australia Post. Magnet Invitations are not liable for any damage caused by other third parties. Please inform Magnet Invitations immediately if you do not receive an item that has been confirmed posted, and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post or our courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. All delivery details above have been provided based on delivery within Australia. |
